Hi Kelly,
I wondered if you might help me come up with a good eating plan. I just started a new job/career in nursing and am working 3-12 hr. shifts on nights at the hospital.. I’ve heard other women say they put on weight when they started this shift. Also, I need what energy I can get from food without resorting to caffeine at 3 a.m. I am currently 49 yrs. old, 130 lbs. and 5’7″. I have celiac disease and osteoporosis from years of undiagnosed celiac disesase. Otherwise in great health! Thanks for your help. I can come in if that’s what is required.
