Before and Afterschool Care will resume for the 2011-2012 school year on August 15th. Don’t forget to register your child!
The Y will transport your child to and from school. This program highlights a structured, safe environment offering homework assistance and peer-led tutoring.

AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAMS
TAIL WAGGIN’ TUTORS
This is a reading program for children in 2nd grade and up. This program is brought to the Y by Beaufort’s Chapter #229 of Therapy Dog International and provide children the opportunity to improve reading skills and build self-confidence through reading to trained dogs.
BIBLE STUDY
Optional for all kids, volunteers from St. Helena Episcopal Church lead the Bible study encouraging children to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.
WEEKLY THURSDAY CLUBS
Students have the opportunity to choose their club. They can choose between Lunchbox Cooking Club, Sports of All Sorts, Crafty Critters and Girls ONLY Club.
ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES
Throughout the week children also particpate in rockwall climbing, swimming, gym games and Kid Fit aerobics class.
