Aqua Aerobics
- Hydrobics (Aqua Power)-A shallow water workout that gives you options for adding power and intensity by varying your working depths and positions. Modifications for all levels are offered.
- Senior Aqua -A 45 minute senior water aerobic class designed to improve fitness and range of motion. Non swimmers welcome!
- Deep Water Hydrobics (Aqua Jog)-A water aerobic class in the deep end using buoyancy belts. This is a workout!
